Miranda Richmond Mouillot est auteure, artiste et traductrice diplômée en histoire et littérature française de l’université de Harvard. Miranda a traduit de nombreux ouvrages scientifiques pour des éditeurs prestigieux (Harvard University Press, Cambridge University Press…) du français vers l’anglais. Son premier livre de non-fiction, A Fifty-Year Silence: Love, War, and a Ruined House in France a été traduit en plusieurs langues et sa traduction des Cerfs-volants de Romain Gary a emporté le Prix PEN/Heim et fut nommé parmi les « 100 livres les plus importants de 2018 » par le New York Times.

Miranda Richmond Mouillot is an acclaimed writer and translator with a degree in history and literature from Harvard University. Her first book, A Fifty-Year Silence: Love, War, and a Ruined House in France was translated into multiple languages, and one of her most recent translations, Romain Gary’s The Kites, was named one of the top 100 books of 2018 by the New York Times, won a Pen-Heim award and drew praise from the New York Times, The New Yorker, the Sydney Morning Herald, and the London Times. In addition to writing and translating, she has worked as a simultaneous interpreter, designer, and voiceover artist and teaches workshops on nonfiction writing, with a focus on memoir and narrative.

Dave ‘Cartoon Dave’ Hackett est illustrateur et dessinateur. Originaire d’Australie, il vit en France depuis 2020. Il a écrit, illustré et publié 23 albums et livres pour enfants et jeunes adultes. De 1996 à 2017, il a travaillé en tant qu’animateur à la télévision australienne (Disney Channel, Toasted TV…). Il a enseigné sa méthode de dessin (« No Rules Cartooning ») à plus de 250 000 enfants sur plusieurs continents, y compris dans des cours et des ateliers de dessin pour enfants et adultes handicapés.

Dave ‘Cartoon Dave’ Hackett is a cartoonist and author, who has taught his ‘No-Rules’ brand of cartooning to over 250,000 children in schools, libraries and festivals across four continents (only Africa, South America and Antarctica to go…). A popular television personality in Australia for over twenty years, Dave has appeared hundreds of times on television and radio, from acting and voiceover work to regular how-to cartooning segments (Disney Channel, Toasted TV, It’s Academic and CheeZ tv, etc.) as well as hosting his own show on the Disney Channel. His cartooning pages and strips have been regularly featured in newspapers and magazines across Australia. Dave has written and illustrated twenty-three picture books, cartooning books, and novels for all ages from early primary through to young adult.
